The second class for Eng-380.there is a lesson about Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs; it’s the necessary basic in the customer needs.

        

             There are Basic needs, Safety, Belonging, Ego-state and Self-actualization. 

Then all of students try to work together in topic “Why we closed this product?” This activity is quite good. Most of students discuss in their group. I think it’s good to share the ideas and everyone can join together, which I love.

                 The first time, I don’t register on this subject. The last of second week was submitted on this subject. I don’t know what happened in class. I asked my friends “what happen in class” some friend said “Oh!! This class is difficult” when I heard that I think why I submitted that. And then, I asked about the blog. 

              

 

 I knew first thing you must register on  G-mail, then you open the web page on http://www.blogger.com/.

   More and more, you should lean by yourself because I don’t know how to use it. “My friends said that”

              Therefore, I’m leaned on you tube and website. I think it’s a fun and great thing to use in the future.
