The second class for Eng-380.there is a lesson about Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs; it’s the necessary basic in the customer needs.
There are Basic needs, Safety, Belonging, Ego-state and Self-actualization. Then all of students try to work together in topic “Why we closed this product?” This activity is quite good. Most of students discuss in their group. I think it’s good to share the ideas and everyone can join together, which I love.
